PROJECT 1-SKETCHBOOK AND JOURNAL

TASK
This project is an on-site exercise where students have to sketch and documents the physical and intangible qualities of the buildings as well as the immediate context of the site. 
Students are to produce 10 sketches that give a strong idea of the place that they have carried out the Measured Drawing exercise based on categories specified above.
As a start, it is COMPULSARY for all students to sketch the plans, sections and elevations of the building.
The sketches are to comprise at least 2 each of these categories: 
1. The Genius Loci
2. Poetic Quality
3. Cultural Attributes
4. Technical /Construction details 

LEARNING OURCOMES
-Identify architectural historic structure 
-Capture the tangible and intangible essence that is contained within the architecture realm

REFLECTION
Throughout this project,we are able to identify architectural historic structure,Capture the tangible and intangible essence that is contained within the architecture realm. We need to observe and try to find out the interesting element in our site. Thus, we need to visual it by using our sketching skill. From this project, i able to research and learn the history and culture of the site.
